All Things Pie
Last New Years, I came across the delightful Pie Eyed at a party. It was pretty much love at first bite – for everybody there – and when Jack mentioned that we could take home the leftovers the next day, it was even more of a delight (cue me tearing up on the M62 just outside of Leeds once I’d realised, amidst the prosecco hangover, that I’d forgotten to bring any spare pies home…).
The horse box is seriously lovely, but it’s the care and attention that goes into each pie – from flavour choices, to buttery crusts – that makes these guys a winner.
